5 g almond flakes
1 small kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
40 g red grapes
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
1 small apple, peeled and cut into pieces
100 g low-fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
2 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation

Mix the fruit together in a bowl. Whisk together the ricotta (or cottage cheese, if using), milk, honey and vanilla extract then add to the fruit bowl. Garnish with the toasted almonds.
