Pork And Cashew Stir Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled, grated
1 lb pork loin, cut into strips
8 oz carrots, sliced
2 None bell peppers, seeded, cut into strips
3.5 oz snow peas
7 oz bean sprouts
2/3 cup oyster sauce
3/4 cup toasted cashews
Preparation

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and pork for 4-5 mins, until golden. Add carrots and peppers. Stir-fry for 5 mins. Add snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 min. Add oyster sauce and toss to combine. Cook for 2 mins, until heated through.
Sprinkle with toasted cashews. Serve immediately.
