Grilled Chicken Breasts With Fresh Corn Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked corn kernels
    1 cup tomato salsa, like Sabra Home Style
    1/4 cup sliced scallion
    4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp orange juice
    4 tbsp garlic and herb dry rub, like A1
    3 tbsp honey mustard, like French's
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, like Colavita
    2 tbsp minced fresh thyme
    1 tbsp olive oil
    8 (1/2 inch thick) boneless skinless chicken breasts, like Perdue Perfect Portions
Preparation
    Preheat grill to medium-high. In a bowl, combine corn, salsa, scallion, cilantro and orange juice. Season. Set aside.
    Combine dry rub, honey mustard, vinegar, thyme and oil. Brush 1/2 over chicken then grill for 10 mins, turning once, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of chicken registers 165\u00b0F. Brush with remaining mixture. Let rest for 5 mins before serving with salsa.
