Ingredients

4 pieces flatbread or naan
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 oz mozzarella cheese
1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1 None small red onion, finely sliced
1 None green pepper, finely sliced
3.5 oz salami
3.5 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, chopped
5.5 oz ricotta cheese
2.5 oz pitted olives
None None fresh basil leaves, chopped, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Arrange bread on baking trays. Spread tomato puree evenly over bread. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 4-5 mins, until cheese melts.
Top with remaining ingredients, except basil. Bake for another 5-7 mins, until bases are crisp and cheese is lightly golden.
Sprinkle with basil and cut into slices to serve.
