Barbecued Chicken With Lemon And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs bone-in chicken parts
    2 tsp ground allspice
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cracked black pepper
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Make two deep cuts in the thickest part of each chicken piece.
    Combine the remaining ingredients in a large shallow dish. Reserve 1/4 cup in a small bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Preheat the grill on medium heat. Drain the chicken. Grill the chicken until browned all over and cooked through, brushing with reserved marinade occasionally during cooking.
