Chicken Drumsticks In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb chicken drumsticks
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour, seasoned
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 None onions, roughly chopped
    1 None red bell pepper, deseeded, chopped
    2 cups tomato and basil pasta sauce
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
    None None cooked rice or pasta, to serve
Preparation
    Dust chicken in flour, shaking off excess. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry chicken for 4-5 mins, turning until golden. Set aside. Add remaining oil and saute onions and pepper for 5-6 mins, until onion is golden and tender. Return chicken to pan. Add sauce and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 25-30 mins, until chicken is cooked through. Add beans and simmer for another 2-3 mins.
    Serve with cooked rice or pasta.
