Strawberry Nectarine Creams - cooking recipe

4 None ripe nectarines
8 oz strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
3/4 cup creme fraiche
None None Ladyfinger cookies, to serve
Preparation

Halve each nectarine; remove the stone. Thinly slice one half of one nectarine. Set aside. Roughly chop the remaining nectarines.
Place chopped nectarines in a food processor with the strawberries and powdered sugar. Blend until almost smooth.
Place puree in a large bowl with the yogurt and creme fraiche. Fold ingredients together until well mixed.
Spoon mixture into tall glasses. Serve decorated with nectarine slices and ladyfingers.
