Spicy Prawn And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None avocado, peeled, stone removed and chopped
    1 None small papaya, deseeded, peeled and chopped
    3 None celery sticks, chopped
    5 None spring onions, trimmed and sliced
    1 None red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
    2-3 drops Louisiana style hot sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp paprika
    2 tbsp chili oil
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    4 None jumbo shrimps, head and vein removed
    None None fresh cilantro, to garnish
Preparation
    Mix the avocado, papaya, celery, spring onion and red onion together. Mix the lime juice, hot sauce, sugar, garlic, paprika, chili oil and salt together. Divide the salad ingredients between 2 plates and drizzle with dressing.
    Thread the shrimp on skewers. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the skewers and fry, turning, for 3-4 mins. Add a skewer to each plate then serve garnished with coriander.
