Glacé Fruit And Citrus Frozen Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups mixed glace fruit, finely chopped
    1/2 cup orange marmalade
    2 tbsp orange-flavored liqueur
    2 tsp finely grated orange peel
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
    2 quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
    None None FOR THE ORANGE SAUCE
    2/3 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp orange-flavored liqueur
Preparation
    Line eight 1-cup molds with plastic wrap.
    Combine fruit, marmalade, liqueur, orange peel and mint in medium bowl.
    Place ice cream in large bowl; fold in fruit mixture. Divide mixture among prepared molds. Cover with foil. Freeze 3 hours or overnight.
    For the orange sauce, combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
    Invert puddings onto serving plates. Serve with orange sauce.
