Sausage, Spinach And Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb sausages
    1 None red onion, sliced
    9 oz mushrooms, sliced
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    3 oz baby spinach leaves
    None None Crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook sausages for 4-5 mins, turning, until well browned. Transfer to a plate.
    Saute onion in same pan for 1-2 mins, until tender. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 4-5 mins. Stir in tomatoes and saute for 2-3 mins.
    Return sausages to the pan and season to taste. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins. Toss in spinach. Heat for 1 min. Serve with crusty bread.
