Raspberry Macadamia Blondies - cooking recipe

9 tbsp butter
12 oz white chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup flour, sifted
1/3 cup sugar
2 None medium eggs, lightly beaten
4 oz macadamia nuts, chopped and toasted
6 oz fresh raspberries
None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square cake pan and line base and sides with parchment paper, extending paper 1 inch above edges.
Place butter and half the chocolate in a medium saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring. Cool for 10 mins.
Stir in flour, sugar, eggs, macadamias and remaining chocolate. Fold in raspberries, then spread into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in pan. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares to serve.
