Ingredients

8 oz fresh cherries, pitted
1 (13.5 oz) can apricot halves in juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, plus fresh mint sprigs, to decorate
Preparation

In a food processor, puree cherries, apricots and juice, honey and mint until smooth.
Fill 4 chilled glasses with ice. Pour pureed fruit over top. Serve immediately, decorated with mint sprigs.
