Ingredients

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tsp honey
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tsp white wine vinegar
1 head radicchio, leaves separated
5 oz arugula
9 oz thinly sliced ham
4 None figs, quartered
4 oz Cambozola cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation

Combine the mustard, honey, oil, lemon juice and vinegar in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Arrange the radicchio, arugula, ham, figs and Cambozola on 4 serving plates. Drizzle with dressing.
