Plum And Blackberry Oat Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg red plums, halved, stones removed and chopped
    1 None apple, halved, cored and sliced
    1 None cinnamon stick
    145 g light soft brown sugar
    200 g blackberries
    100 g jumbo porridge oats
    100 g plain flour
    100 g butter, diced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Bring plums, apples, cinnamon, 3 tbsp brown sugar and 4 tbsp water to a boil then simmer for 5 mins. Transfer to an ovenproof baking dish, remove cinnamon stick and add blackberries.
    Place oats, flour and remaining brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles rough breadcrumbs. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins until topping is crisp and golden.
