Piri-Piri Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cloves garlic, minced
    3 None lemons, juiced, plus wedges to serve
    1/3 cup whiskey
    1 None fresh bay leaf
    2 tsp sweet paprika
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 None chicken breasts, skin-on
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced into rings
    1 lb cherry tomatoes
    4 None long red chilies
    8 slices ciabatta bread
    None None FOR THE PIRI-PIRI SAUCE
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    1 None long red chili, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine garlic, 2/3 of lemon juice, whiskey, bay leaf, paprika, 2 tbsp oil and chicken. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Combine remaining lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil and onion. Season. Set aside.
    Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 8-10 mins per side, basting with marinade, until golden and cooked through.
    Brush tomatoes, chilies and bread with remaining oil. Cook for 2-3 mins per side, until vegetables are just tender and bread is golden.
    Combine piri-piri sauce ingredients. Season.
    Top chicken and vegetables with piri-piri sauce. Serve with onion, lemon wedges and bread.
