Five-Spice Lamb And Chili Stir-Fry With Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz lamb fillet, thinly sliced
    1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
    6 oz broccolini, coarsely chopped
    8 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    5 oz oyster mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp hot chili sauce
    2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
    1 None fresh long red chili pepper, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine lamb and five-spice in medium bowl.
    Heat lightly oiled wok on high heat. Stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
    Add garlic and onion to wok; stir-fry about 5 mins or until onion softens. Add 1/4 cup water, broccolini, peas and mushrooms; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
    Return lamb to wok with 2 tbsp water and sauces; stir-fry until heated through. Season to taste. Serve stir-fry sprinkled with chili pepper.
