Bircher Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 None Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, grated
    1 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2 tbsp pistachios
    2 tbsp walnuts
    2 tbsp sliced almonds
    1/2 lb strawberries, sliced
    1/4 lb blueberries
Preparation
    Combine oats, grated apple, apple juice, milk and 1/2 cup yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Spread nuts over a baking tray and bake for 4-5 mins, until lightly toasted. Let cool then roughly chop.
    Distribute muesli between serving bowls. Top with berries, toasted nuts and remaining yogurt. Serve.
