Garlic And Herb Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tbsp butter
    7 oz small button mushrooms
    4 oz cremini mushrooms, quartered
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt 3 tbsp of the butter in a large heavy-bottomed skillet on high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook, stirring, for 5-6 mins until the mushrooms are soft and golden. Remove from heat. Add 3 tbsp of the parsley and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    Mix 2 tbsp butter with remaining 1 tbsp parsley and place on top of the hot mushrooms just before serving.
