Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

None None Melted butter, for greasing
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 None large eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
3 None large, overripe bananas, mashed
1 cup crushed pineapple (from a can, not drained)
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Brush an 8-inch square cake pan with melted butter. Line base and sides with parchment.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly. Add eggs to flour along with oil, walnuts, bananas and pineapple. Stir until combined.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth surface. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer comes out clean. Invert onto a wire rack and allow to cool.
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until pale. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Spread over cake.
