Tamarind Honey Shrimp With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None fresh long red chili pepper, thinly sliced
    1 None red pepper, thinly sliced
    5 oz snow peas, trimmed
    1/3 cup tamarind concentrate
    2 tbsp kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce)
    1 tbsp honey
    1 can (8 oz) bamboo shoots, drained and rinsed
    1/2 None pineapple, peeled and coarsely chopped
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry the shrimp, garlic, chili pepper, red pepper and snow peas until the shrimp change color.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry until heated through.
