Bacon And Egg Scramble Wrap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Olive oil, for brushing
    4 slices bacon, halved
    4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    3 None green onions, sliced
    8 None eggs, lightly beaten
    4 large flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    Heat a large skillet on medium heat; lightly brush with oil. Cook bacon for 4-5 mins, turning occasionally, until golden. Push to one side.
    Add tomatoes, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned. Push to one side.
    Sprinkle in onions. Cook for 1 min. Push to one side.
    Pour in half the egg, a little at a time, adding more as it sets by making a well in the set egg and pouring the liquid egg into it, to help keep it together. Use a spatula to keep egg from running to sides as it sets. Repeat with remaining egg.
    Spoon eggs, bacon, tomatoes and onions onto warmed tortillas.
