Chicken, Sausage And Tomato Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
600 g chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes
125 g salami, skin removed, sliced
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
250 g orzo pasta
200 ml whipping cream
2 cans (400g each) plum tomatoes
None None Pinch of sugar
400 g can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
None None Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Preparation

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan and stir-fry until browned all over. Add the sausage, onion and garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Add the orzo and saute for 1 min.
Add the cream, canned tomatoes and 3/4 cup water. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 mins until the orzo is just tender. Add the artichokes and cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot, garnished with basil.
