Gin Mint Juleps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh mint, leaves chopped, plus extra to serve
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/4 cups gin
None None chilled ginger beer or tonic water (optional)
Preparation

Muddle mint, sugar and lime juice. Fill 6 tall glasses halfway with crushed ice. Distribute gin between glasses then mint mixture. Add ginger beer, if using.
Garnish with extra mint and serve.
