8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 None eggs, at room temperature
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz chocolate creme sandwich cookies, such as Oreos, coarsely chopped
3 oz white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup milk chocolate frosting
None None White and milk chocolate curls, to garnish
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a foil-lined 10 inch square baking pan.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sour cream and 3/4 cup water in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium. Beat for 2 mins or until mixture is smooth and just combined. Stir in cookies and white chocolate. Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
Spread cooled cake with frosting. Garnish with chocolate curls.
