Cherry Brownie Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    3/4 cup butter, chopped
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 None large eggs, lightly beated
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/3 cup cocoa, sifted
    3.5 oz glace cherries, finely chopped
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8 x 12 inch baking dish and line with parchment paper.
    Place chocolate and butter in a medium, heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and heat 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Add sugar and set aside for 10 minutes.
    Whisk in eggs. coconut and vanilla, then fold in combined sifted flour and cocoa. Add cherries and mix well.
    Spoon mixture evenly into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, until just firm. Set aside to cool completely in pan.
    Cut into bite-sized shapes using cookie cutters. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
