Pea, Fava Bean, Mint And Feta Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup frozen peas, blanched
    1 cup frozen fava beans, blanched and skins removed
    7 oz feta cheese, broken into pieces
    1 cup mint leaves, shredded
    2 None lemons, grated
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    3 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup beer
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter and oil, in a large bowl.
    Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook 1/4-cup amounts of batter until golden on both sides.
    Season to taste. Serve hot with a salad.
