Mexican Mocha Drink - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb dark chocolate, chopped
2 3/4 cups milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 None red chili
2 tbsp espresso powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Preparation

Melt 3 oz chocolate in a bowl above a pan of gently simmering water. Spread the chocolate inside 4 glasses.
Heat 2 1/2 cups milk, the sugar and chili in a saucepan then stir in the remaining chocolate, the espresso powder and cinnamon. Remove the chili.
Heat the remaining milk and froth using a whisk. Divide the coffee between the glasses then top with the milk foam. Sprinkle with a few chili flakes and serve.
