Fish And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz fresh rice noodles or noodles of choice
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 2/3 lbs firm white fish fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
    7 oz snow peas, trimmed and diagonally sliced
    1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered
    1 bunch broccolini, sliced
    4 None green onions, sliced
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    None None Cilantro leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry fish in 2 batches, for 2-3 mins until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Add snow peas, bok choy, broccolini and onions to the wok; stir-fry for 3-5 mins, until tender.
    Add noodles, fish, soy sauce and chili sauce to wok; stir-fry until heated through. Serve topped with cilantro.
