Sardine Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None red pepper, deseeded and finely diced
1/3 lb sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
1/3 lb garlic and herb soft cheese
1/2 lb canned sardines in oil, drained and chopped
1 None lime, juice only
None None fresh chives and paprika, to garnish
None None toasted French bread, to serve
Preparation

Place the pepper, tomatoes and cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Add chopped sardines and process briefly.
Stir in the lime juice and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with chives and a sprinkling of paprika and serve with toasted French bread.
