Grilled Steak And Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
6 None boneless sirloin steaks (around 2 1/2 lb total)
2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled, cleaned, tails on
3 tbsp garlic olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 None small shallot, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 None medium red onion, sliced
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preparation

Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil and garlic. Season then set aside to marinate.
Preheat grill. Combine salt with spices. Coat steak with oil then rub spice mixture over steaks. Set aside. Grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Let rest for 5 mins then slice.
Meanwhile, combine shrimp, garlic olive oil, lemon juice, shallot and parsley. Season then thread onto soaked bamboo skewers. Grill for 2-3 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
Coat onion slices in oil then grill for 2 mins per side.
Toss basil with tomatoes. Serve with shrimp, beef and grilled onions.
