Beef And Mushroom Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13.5 oz spaghetti or other pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb ground beef
    5 oz button mushrooms, finely chopped
    2 cups tomato pasta sauce
    None None shaved Parmesan and chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Brown ground beef for 4-5 mins, breaking up any lumps with the back of a spoon.
    Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 4-5 mins, until mushrooms are tender. Stir in sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 mins.
    Serve pasta topped with Bolognese and sprinkled with a little shaved Parmesan and chopped parsley.
