1/4 cup cracked black pepper spreadable cheese, such as Boursin
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 tsp chopped fresh marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 tsp lemon juice
8 ears corn, shucked
Preparation

Combine cheese, butter, herbs and lemon juice. Coat corn with oil then grill until kernels are lightly browned, turning occasionally. Serve with herb spread.
