Chocolate Banana Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz milk chocolate, melted
    3 None large, ripe bananas, peeled, each cut into 4 equal pieces
    1/4 cup peanuts, finely chopped in a food processor
Preparation
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using a fork, skewer each banana piece and dip edges into chocolate to coat. Allow excess to drip off. Roll gently in nuts.
    Push off fork on to tray. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
