Steak And Bean Casserole With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped finely
    1 x 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
    None Pinch chili powder
    1-2 tsp honey
    2 x 14 oz cans white beans, drained
    8 None thin cut beef steaks (about 3.5 oz each)
    7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    6 sprigs oregano, chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 mins. Add the chili powder and honey and season to taste. Pour in the beans and simmer.
    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the steak for about 3 mins on each side. Put layers of steak and beans in an oiled baking dish. Crumble the feta cheese over the casserole and bake for about 15 mins. Serve garnished with oregano.
