Lime And Cardamom Goat Milk Yogurt With Tropical Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None small bananas, quartered lengthwise, cut into chunks
    1/2 None papaya, peeled, deseeded, cut into wedges
    1 None small, ripe pineapple, peeled, halved lengthwise, cored, cut into wedges
    2 None limes, 1 zested, 1 zest peeled and cut into long, thin strips, 1/4 cup juice reserved
    1 1/4 cups goat milk yogurt
    1/4 tsp ground cardamom
    2 tbsp oat bran cereal
    1/3 cup blanched almonds, toasted, roughly chopped
    2 tsp honey
Preparation
    Place fruit in a large bowl with lime zest and lime juice. Toss gently to combine. Combine yogurt and cardamom in a separate bowl.
    Spoon fruit mixture into serving bowls. Top with 1/2 the oat bran then yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with remaining oat bran, nuts and julienned lime zest. Drizzle with honey.
