Candied Spiced Nut Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 None large egg whites, at room temperature
9 oz unsalted mixed nuts
14 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and chili in a bowl. Lightly whisk egg whites until foaming. Add to sugar mixture. Add nuts and stir to coat.
Spread nuts over prepared tray in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, or until golden. Cool on tray for 30 minutes. Break up nuts.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine nuts and chocolate in a large bowl. Spoon heaped tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays. Chill for 1 hour or until set. Serve
