Ingredients

2 None eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp apricot jam
1 tsp honey
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch ground cardamom
6 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation

Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy. Add jam, honey and a pinch of salt. Sift in flour, baking powder and cardamom and mix well. Add melted butter, cover and chill for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease and flour a madeleine pan. Fill molds 2/3 full and bake for 6 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
