Easy Cheese And Vegetable Spaetzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp butter
    1 None carrot, peeled and sliced
    3.5 oz fresh spaetzle (available from German delis)
    5.25 oz cabbage, trimmed and sliced
    3 None scallions, sliced
    1 oz hard cheese, such as Gruyere, grated
Preparation
    Heat the butter in a pan, add the carrots and spaetzle and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the cabbage to the pan and continue to cook for 4-5 mins. Stir in the scallions and cheese and season to taste. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
