Pineapple And Passionfruit Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups passionfruit pulp (about 28 passionfruits)
    1/2 None pineapple, peeled, core removed, chopped
    2 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
    Place fruit and sugar in a large saucepan on low heat. Stir, without boiling, until sugar dissolves.
    Increase heat to medium and simmer gently, without stirring, 25-35 mins, until setting point is reached.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
