Irish Stock Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 cup lager beer
4 oz Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
1/2 - 1 tsp hot sauce with garlic, like Tabasco
Preparation

Toss cheese with flour and mustard.
In medium saucepot over medium-low heat, bring beer to a boil. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Add shredded cheese in batches, stirring until each addition is melted. Stir in garlic pepper sauce to taste.
