Roast Turkey Breast With Cranberry And Port Glaze - cooking recipe

4 1/2 lbs turkey breast (thawed, if frozen)
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 cup port
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 None oranges, peel grated and oranges juiced
None None Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
None None Roast vegetables and steamed green beans, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Place turkey on a rack in a large roasting pan. Cover with foil and roast for 1 1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce, port, sugar, and orange peek and juice in a medium bowl. Brush half over turkey. Return to oven and roast, uncovered, for 30 mins or until turkey is cooked through. Remove from oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 15 mins.
Bring remaining sauce to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 3 mins.
Slice turkey and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with rosemary and serve with vegetables.
