Ingredients
    2 None egg whites
2 tbsp shredded fresh sage leaves
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2/3 cup flour
    4 None turkey breast steaks
1/4 cup vegetable or peanut oil
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tsp minced fresh ginger
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp wasabi paste
3 None tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
1 None red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Whisk egg whites, sage and cream in a bowl. Place flour on a large, flat plate. Dip turkey into flour, then egg white mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook turkey, in batches, for 3 mins each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board. Slice.
For the salad, whisk sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, soy sauce and wasabi in a small bowl.
Combine tomatoes, parsley, cilantro and onion in a medium bowl. Add sesame oil mixture; toss to combine. Spoon salad onto serving plates. Top with turkey.
