Chocolate Shots And Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

    None None Chocolate Shots
    7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
    1 tbsp Frangelico, or liqueur of choice
    2 oz candy bar, chopped
    None None Ice Cream Sandwiches
    12 None large cookies
    6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat for 2-3 mins, until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in hazelnut spread and liqueur.
    Allow to cool slightly, then stir in three-quarters of the candy bar.
    Spoon mixture into shot glasses. Sprinkle each with remaining candy bar. Chill for an hour or until ready to serve.
    For the ice cream sandwiches: Scoop ice cream onto 6 cookies. Spread thickly.
    Top with remaining cookies to form a sandwich, molding and scraping ice cream to finish.
    Arrange on a metal tray. Freeze until firm.
