Prawns And Scallops In Cocktail Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 None onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (13.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine
1 None small red chili, finely chopped
10.5 oz large prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
7 oz scallops, cleaned, halved
5 None spring onions, sliced
3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
None None steamed rice, to serve
None None arugula, to serve
Preparation

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, wine and chili. Season. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Add prawns, scallops and spring onions. Simmer for 3 mins, until prawns are tender. Season. Add feta.
Serve with rice and arugula.
