Pear And Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None pears, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
    1/2 bunch rhubarb, leaves removed, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) cold butter, chopped
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    None None Ice cream or whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease four 1-cup ramekins or a medium baking dish. Place pears and 1/4 cup water in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 4-5 mins, until almost tender.
    Add rhubarb and granulated sugar. Simmer, stirring, for 2-3 mins until rhubarb is just tender. Drain excess liquid. Spoon fruit mixture into prepared ramekins.
    For the crumble, sift flour into medium bowl. Rub in butter using fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in brown sugar, coconut, oats and cinnamon. Sprinkle over fruit.
    Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
