Butternut Squash Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small butternut squash
    2 cloves garlic, halved
    1/4 cup light cream
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Peel the squash, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Place squash and garlic in a baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for about 25 mins or until almost cooked through.
    Pour cream over squash and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 25 mins longer until tender and browned.
