Fish With Creamy Chili Potatoes - cooking recipe

12 None baby potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise with chipotle, plus additional, to serve
8 None frozen breaded fish fillets
12 oz thin green beans, trimmed
Preparation

Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 8-10 mins, until just tender when tested with a skewer. Drain, cool slightly and slice in half. Place in a large bowl and add mayonnaise. Season to taste and toss well to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
Preheat oven and cook fish according to package directions.
Meanwhile, steam green beans for 2-3 mins, until just tender. Serve fish with potatoes, beans and additional mayonnaise.
