Grilled Tuna With Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp drained baby capers
1 tbsp drained cornichons, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 None tuna steaks (about 7 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
None None Fresh watercress, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the grill on medium heat. Combine mayonnaise, capers, cornichons and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Brush tuna with oil. Grill until cooked to desired doneness. Serve topped with eggs, mayonnaise mixture and watercress.
