Green Olive Chicken Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 x 12 inch prepared pizza crust
    1.25 oz pimento-stuffed green olives
    2 None anchovy fillets, chopped, drained
    2 tsp capers, drained
    2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
    2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
    2.5 oz cooked chicken meat, shredded
    1/2 None red pepper, roasted, chopped
    2.75 oz Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    None None Salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and bake for 5 mins.
    Meanwhile, put olives, anchovy, capers, parsley and lemon zest in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add oil; process until well combined.
    Spread mixture over pizza base. Top with chicken, chopped pepper and cheese. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown. Serve with salad.
