Cheesecake With Berries And Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb raspberries + extra for garnish
    1/2 lb blackberries + extra for garnish
    1/3 cup Marsala wine
    1 cup butter + 2 tbsp
    1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    3 None eggs
    8 oz low-fat cream cheese
    1/3 cup milk
    2 cup all-purpose flour
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Combine the berries and Marsala and set aside to marinate for 15 mins. Strain and reserve juices.
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease a 9 1/2 inch cake pan. Cream the butter and sugar then add the eggs, 1 at a time. Add the cream cheese, milk and flour then carefully fold in the marinated berries and 2 tbsp reserved juices. Transfer to the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 1 hour.
    Remove the cake from the oven and set aside to cool. Remove the cake from the pan, cut into 12 pieces and serve with extra berries and dusted with powdered sugar.
